Re: 2010 VAN NATS
we will be there to but unfortunately the Bedford will have to miss out again, as we will not have time to finish it. So who ever is doing 2011 we will have it for that Nats (I hope)

Well Craig can you do a deal for us in our retirement!! Well mine is coming soon if you listen to everyone... but I would like a winebago type vehicle... big extendable sides etc so if you have a design like that or something a bit cheaper! LOL Would definitely love to know about it...

Re: 2010 VAN NATS
Hopefully by the end of the weekend we will have entry forms for the 2010 Nats available to down load.
It is organised, the Nats will be at the Gap Road Campground on Philip Island Easter 2010 April 1-4. There will be 2 prices available, one with Breakfast and dinner included for the 4 nights and one without meals. Prices for entry are basically what it is costing us. We are trying to keep the price down but camping costs are where all the money is going. Entry for 1 adult with breakfast and dinner for 4 nights is $140 per head. (the cost to the VCV $134 so the extra $6 is going to the running cot) 1 adult without meals as above will be $100 for the 4 nights (Cost to the VCV is $97.50) Children 5-16 with breakfast and dinner included will be $60 (cost to the VCV is $58) Children without meals $40 (cost to the VCV $40) children under 5 free. Enrty with the meals as above are only for pre-entries booked and paid for prior to March 9, 2010. Any entries received after this date will have to suppply their own food and will be charged the cheaper price.
So as you can see we doing what we can to keep the costs to a minimum and therefore any free goddies will only be what are donated. The VCV is also setting up a system so you can pay off the Nationals entry between now and Easter.
We will post more infor over the weekend if we get a chance.

go down gap road from the track to the house on the left about 1/2 way to cowes on gap road. some of the paddocks are part of the venue.
it is hard to see as it has trees around the house & sheds (bar & sleeping). tennis court out the back.
its great place from last time we were there. got very very merry.
