Howdy all,
Just wondering if anyone can tell me what time we can access the camping ground on Thursday to set up camp.
Just trying to work out the best time for us to leave and avoid the big city traffic.

u shld be able to get in before lunch...... but need to clear out on the Monday morning

Ok thanks for that. I presume someone will be there to process entrants as we arrive. I still havent received any confirmation of my entry so I guess Im good to go. Long way to turn around and come home again.

from what i believe if no one is there to process you let the security know and they will send you in to the right ones for this.

but you will be fine

All the final advise letters were posted last week so they should be with you anytime soon as far as processing entrants goes we will be oing that till i get to tired then i will catch up with you in the morning.

Thanks for the update guys. Will keep an eye on the post for the latest info. Really looking forward to the nats. Just hoping the weather man upstairs is kind, and we dont cop one of those hideous storms that both Melbourne and Perth have seen very recently.

hey guys , quiet probably wont be there till either late friday or saturday night.....
same deal , security should bail me up at the gate , or if its a bit late and no one stops me do i just seek out M&M or muz or someone along those lines myself to announce my arrival?

M & M have supplied me with a jar of "Bum Fuel" ......... So this indeed could be the case!

got my letter yesterday , thanks guys!
will be ringing when im on my way to make sure you'se have a space cleared in camp for my van....... clear a path you all know my brakes arent too good!!!

All is well on track at the moment. anyone who has not received their final advise let us know when you arrive. we have full lists of entrants etc so we can sort it out. in the even, like kylie, you may turn up at one of the 3 hours we will be sleeping just find a spot and we will sort you out in the morining. everyone have a safe trip and will see you there. regards what time you can arrive Thursday, any time, we will be there.
Looking forward to a great event, with a few suprises, see you all at the Nats.

Can you all please arrange to arrive on Thursday as we have had complaints about the number of people who have just lobbed already. the event starts Thursday so if you can get there then that would be appreciated.
