also as for the skype link up i am having great problems with this so it might be worth sorting out with vanners attending for a phone call to them and get all the info. sorry bout this i will keep trying but i cant promice anything at this stage.

Well after wasting some money i have had a total waste of effort at setting up the live audio link for the meeting on thursday night.

sorry everyone but i have to admit defeat and admit that i dont have the right laptop & skills to do this link up.

dont worry , this day and age most people have phones..... and in the vanning community everyone will have someones number!.... or at least have a number for someone who does have someone elses number.............

too late for this years vote , but has anyone had the idea that someone on the commitee will have details for all paying vcv members , and a postal vote could be considered?

all mail within australia generally should be able to get where its meant to within a week or so tops.......
send out and/or email out ballot papers at the end of april..... count the returns at the end of May....?
gives everyone a month or so to make a decision and stick a letter in the mail.
presentations may not be spectacular , but if a bit of paper can be drawn up with details of where what and how much , that'd be enough for most people.
lets face it , people vote for the prefered venue , not the flashest powerpoint presentation

anywho...... just a thought for next year

I can say that MV has put in a proposal.

if someone i asked puts my vote in for me i went for Albury.. i didnt make it to the meeting due many reasons... gastro ( spelling ) $$$, and mood is BAD trying to give up smoking cold turkey.
