www.vanning.org.au - click on clubs - click on vic - click on VCV club banner (1st one) - scroll down.... membership form should be on the left "Download membership form" comes up as a PDF, print off, complete all details and mail to VCV along with your cheque or money order.....

I have been to the website http://www.vanning.org.au/ to find the membership forms to rejoin the VCV but its not readily apparent.

Can you please advise me on which page it is listed? cheers

Update,,,, so far i have ran 5 different live video streaming programs and once i get more than 3 people on its crshes big time. so i will keep working on it but my computer tech said its going to be a hard thing to get working right with video but if i run it as audio only i wont have a problem runing through skype,, so i will do my best but i will do everything i can to get the video running.

Have you tried "SKYPE" Daz...... Have had success with 15 people on conference some years back when it was only a new thing!

SKYPE is the go John but no good for video aswell.. which i am trying to get video & audio incase theres some pics to show etc.

Any pictures can be hosted somewhere (photobucket etc) or as slideshow.....
Link can be issued via skype at correct time for people to view, with skype audio still running in back ground whilst viewing?

Daz, will there be opportunity to do live powerpoint presentations?

dont know how to use powerpoint sorry but i so far have it sorted that i can have live skype audio to all and if there is any pics of the venues & areas etc. i will see if i can upload them on here just before the meeting so people can see them aswell.

I could send the ppt as an email attachment and then u can use it as a slideshow, if u have Powerpoint as a standard MS product installed.

thanks anyway and yes i have powerpoint but i will stick to what i know how to do sorry if thats no help but i want it to be as easy as i can make it, i am not doing it for the vcv as such i'm just trying to help others who cant make it have a chance to vote.

Is there something you could put on youtube, like you did the 2009 Nats?

would if i had the content but all i know is that i will be given something on the night, i dont know anymore details than anyone alse on here and will see the proposals at the same time as you all.

sorry again but i'm in the dark just like others as to whats happening.

As the VCV meeting is less than 2 weeks away, its impossible for me to rejoin and become a participant to the live feed of Nats proposals.

I am willing to contribute so that the live feed is open to all vanners.

Is this possible?

ps: as for me doing this skype thing its only due to trying to help and with my lack of skills in this field i'm doing my best so please bare with me on it and i will do everything i can to make it work,

Hi Sean, as for the nats it was open to any proposals at the nats and seeing that there was no proposals put forward it was voted that the vcv will run the next nats and will be decided at thursday nites meeting, if you do have a proposal & can get it to the vcv by then it has a very good chance of winning as we would like to have a nats outside victoria again.
