Re: OLD SHOW VAN PHOTO'S
That 2nd pic makes me sad..seeing that rust around the roof and paint flaking off..Someone really needs to bring this one back to life..It is just the definative Aussie Custom Van!

If it hasn't already been melted down, you could actually carry it home on a standard 6 x 4 box trailer considering size of the cube it would have been crushed into.....vandil wrote:Hey if anyone knows where it lives let me know as I need a new project to do, cheers Andrew.

makes u wonder what goes through some peoples heads at times, even if you weren't into something like that anymore, you'd let it live with someone else, wouldn't you?

Re: OLD SHOW VAN PHOTO'S
It was pretty bad when i last saw it when dennis anderson owned it and got worse when the guy he sold it to just left it outside in the weather, should of cut the rear quarters off it and hung it in the shed

Re: OLD SHOW VAN PHOTO'S
The thing is, IF it ever gets done again it'll always be Fuzz's van.
That's one of the reasons i stopped looking for it.
PLUS i also would have changed the nosecone.

Because IN MY OPINION, i think that is the only thing that spoils that van.
I'd rather put a Monza nosecone on it.

The last time I saw Wizard, The seam between the ute side to the canopy had rusted out leaving a thick dirty line right through the murals.
That shell was toast....
I reckon it almost would have collapsed just looking at the crusher!!

Re: OLD SHOW VAN PHOTO'S
Yeah I love the Monza fronts too..but the Transam front just made Wizard what it is..If it had a monza front it wouldnt be Wizard anymore..Wizard 2 could be a little different I guess..I'd do one with same body kit,but maybe a silvery grey colour (like Chairman...) and updated murals and big rims..one-piece tailgate with big window..and dark interior decked out like a wizards castle

Did anyone notice the picture is back to front????
I am guessing it had fuel fillers on both sides.... But when looking at the negatives the fuel filler may have confused the issue as to which way around the shot was...
