Tan had a '56 model 4 door, which i put a 120y motor and gearbox into.
We got it from a 1 owner deceased estate that had been in storage for 15 years.
Her name was Molly. (the car that is)

Re: CAR SHOW PHOTOS
had a mini at one stage - luved it! the old style 60's i think, went really well, apart from when they were doing road resurfacing and the drop from one side to the other crossing over was tooooooo high - wedged the mini in the middle of the roadworks - well, we thought it was funny - had to get the council "workers" workin by helping us to lift the mini over the drop.... But they are a good car to drive...

Re: CAR SHOW PHOTOS
we had the mini when we were building our house. doing some of the painting ourselves to save money so we ripped out the back seats of the mini to fit the air compressor and gear in... and yes, it did fit! maybe that's why it got wedged on the roadworks....

Cool pix Daz.
Here are some from John' Rod and Custom Picnic at Pakenham that I took today. Id guess close to 1000 kool customs, rods, and these neat vans. I went the rod just to mix it up a bit, saw Murray and Fam they were having a blast.
