Thanks Daz!
Here is an update on the rotisserie!
Up and rolling!
Both up and rolling!!
Bored out some steam pipe to suit the roller bearings.
Notched the SHS to suit the steam pipe
Rams mounted
Bearings for easy rotation
Set up for centering the pano
Arms welded and mounted also the mounts from the K-Frame
Passenger side
Drivers side
Need to make the rear mounts, finish off the centering system, make and fit the rotator locking set up

Re: The Zed is Dead
OK Here are some more update pics!
Up in the air!
Needed to cut some rust out and weld some patches in the windscreen area.
Roof stripped back to bare metal, treated and painted with epoxy etch primer.
Start working on the lower quarter.
When I stripped the lower quarter back I noticed there was a panel welded over part of the inner section, removed that and found this!
Bent up a repair panel out of 1mm sheet.
Cut out the rusty section.
Will need to patch these areas as well.
Hammered in a rough profile to match and welded the repair panel in.
There wasn't much of the lower wheel arch left.
Made up a new piece and welded in and ground back.
Next on the agenda is replacing the drivers side lower rear quarter and making the inner a mirror image to the passenger side, I bought a couple of panels off a guy on ebay who makes rust replacement sections.
All this section was a chunk of bog!
Started cutting back to fit the new panels.
Looks like the rear beaver needs replacing as well, I have been toying with the idea to fit a wagon rear beaver!

Re: The Zed is Dead
Thanks for the comments,
Back into working on the T,
Fabricated a rhs section for the rusted piece that the beaver is welded to.
It will be replacing this piece.
A couple of different views.
Welded in the replacement lower side section to make it even on both sides.
Another view also a bit of a hole to fill from a fair bit of rust I cut back.
Next I un-stitched the rear quarter panel for better access for repairs and for my replacement panel.
A NOS Quarter Panel.
Need to fill in the gap from the replacement panel.
Cover panel stitched in.
Fabbed a section to tie the support to the panel.
Welded in.
Patched the section in the wheel tub.
Welded in a new piece for the inner for the lower section of the wheel arch.
Decided to go with the original colour which can be seen in the last pic "Oasis Green"
Cheers
Rick
