DEAD OR RESTORE
Post pics here of dead or restorable vans you may come across in padocks, properties, front lawns or dumped.
Interesting to see what turns up.
Cheers Azza.

Re: DEAD OR RESTORE
I'll start with some pics ive taken.
This is a HT i looked at in the Blue Mountains when i was looking to reshell the green HG van i had, the chick wanted $4000 for it at the time, only worth about $1500 tops.
This is a pic of a HQ Sandman van located near Stu's, gone now but the young guy that owned it was going to restore this , very bad but good for parts and tags.

Re: DEAD OR RESTORE
Don't have a photo, but a few years ago me and the old man went to have a look at an HQ SS for sale and the thing was beyond repair, rust holes literally covering the bog in all panels . But inside the trim was imaculate! we offerd him $1500 witch he was blessed to get. As we went to pick up the car my dad said somthing about what he was going to put the trim in...The bloke freaked out had a big hissy fit and told us to f@$* off and gave us our money back and said he thought we were restoring it! i'd like to see anyone build a car out of clay and drive it

this one's off the sunstate site.... it might need a new windscreen and possibly a driver's door.

Re: DEAD OR RESTORE
it makes me think it was an insurance job,, note no skid marks, plastic fuel cap, different coloured stock wheels just things like that make you think they took the goodies off to crash it. that what i think anyway.
Re: DEAD OR RESTORE
and maybe the fact that its between the poles, not around them.good aim
