Earliest arrival is noon on Wednseday the 8th of April and lastest leave time is noon on Monday the 13th of April, if you wish to stay longer you will have to contact the Showgrounds and sort that out with them dont ask what the extra costs would be.
cheers

I'll have to give them a buzz again as we'll need a van to stay in.

Bay City Caravan Hire is the one to go with Agro, we got a quote for a 4 berth 16foot $325:00 from the wednesday until the monday. There is a $30 pickup/delivery fee and a deposit of $150 at the time of booking (which comes of the $325:00) We found them to be the best to go with and being local will help the local economy out.
They also have plenty of vans to hire, and are pretty easy going, so if anyone is thinking about hiring, Do so before christmas to get locked in as there may not be any come easter if not prebooked

Have you thought about pitching a tent for the kids and just using a smaller van for you and Tan, we have a huge 2 room tent if needed, it would also cut costs

Re: 34th Australian Van Nats 2009
Thanks for the offer Kath.
We have a 3 room tent (24' x 12') it's just that i don't want to lug it down.
Besides the missus would like a caravan.

Only 231 days to go.. for those who have still to enter please think about doing it soon as there maybe another prize draw at some stage..
Re: 34th Australian Van Nats 2009

Re: 34th Australian Van Nats 2009
Its a mystery prize Agro,, but well worth it, and yes all pre-entered will be in the draw excluding any who have already won a prize.
Re: 34th Australian Van Nats 2009
199 days & 12 hours to go Agro.. entrant numbers still about the same but we have quiet a few that plan to enter at the Vic titles..
