Actually purchased a copy of Street Machine after all your comments and was suitably impressed, so I also sent them a note.

there is a good story on me damage in the latest issue of sm havent read it yet picked it up on the way to work at least 3 or 4 pages of story and pictures thanx wizard

Thanks Daz, I'm stoked with how it turned out, the hardest part was trying to find decent photos of the whole van; there were plenty of detail shots but not much with the whole van in the pic. Luckily Eddie Ford came to the rescue with a few from his (what would be awesome) archives. As luck would have it, a good mate of mine emailed me some pics he had of it after he read the article, he didn't know I was writing it but I'll post them up here when I can convert them out of a Word doc.

Thanks also to everyone for writing in and supporting the van stuff; SM have had quite a few emails from non-forum folks too, as you can see in the latest issue re Sheer Heart Attack.

I just bought the First 3 editions of van wheels, and still buy Street machine every month..now all i need is a big book case..

Just a question? Will SM be doing a print on the latest Van Nats??? Does anybody know, or if not will any major mag be doing an article on it. Just seems funny that a event that goes around every year from day dot, and get's people from around Australia attending, not even hitting a radar with the car mags.
