Now where are the cops when you need them. Well e did have a trailer net over the top but didn't stop the straw from flying everywhere. Not to mention can't se any lights and his mirrors didnt do much either.

I will try and remember some of the more jaw dropping events at the moment I drive crane trucks for reece so to watch people try to duct tape 10 lengths of 100m pipe to the roof of their tiny ricer hatch is fun to say the least

some people have no idea on safety or concequences, i guess we are lucky they are around as we would not have this subject

couple of weeks ago, making a right hand turn at a T intersection, there's a bend up a hill to the left and they come down pretty fast, there's a bend to the right as well a bit closer..... anywho, making my right hand turn... and whaddyareckon the idiot in the beamer behind me did??? over took me on the right hand side whilst i was turning right.. yup you guessed it, made 2 right hand turn lanes when there was only one... and of course, coming from the right, a Suby. He just managed to get back onto the left side of the road before head on collision! soz, but the man in the blue 7 series beamer with number plate YPY866 is a d*k!! (yeah, one number i won't forget in a hurry!)

Here is another i saw on the ring road, can't believe that people think they can get away with driving with trailer loads like this, he probably did get away with it though, lol

When I went for my licence many years ago I was told that when pulling out the car you are pulling out on should not have to put the brakes on I think that now they must teach that you wait until the last second then pull out and do not accelerate past 30 kms this happens almost every day I have no idea what they teach you these days but from what I can see it cannot have any relevance to the roads laws

I think that Australians have no idea on how to merge properly and also most drivers seem to think that as soon as they put their indicator on that gives them the automatic right to turn or merge in front of some one. Just today a guy abused me because i did not let him in after he went from the far right lane into the middle then wanted to get into my lane. If it aint safe then you wait, not pull out and cause people to brake unexpectantly, bloody too many stupid drivers out there.

Gotta agree with you James about aussies not merging properly and ppl get very pushy. but i must say that whats lacking more is common curtessy these days. to avoid an accident i will usally allow mergers the right of way, because we have all been there where some dickhead speeds up to make sure you dont get in front of them which is just plain stupid.
if someone lets me out they always get a thanks from me but sometimes the reverse will happen where i let them out and get not a thought of a thanks , I just smile to myself and think "well there goes another wound up bone head but i didnt slow me down much anyway"
We all use the road but mybe some shouldnt like that pano that under-cut me and the L plater in front of me..now that nearly caused a major accident..

Good attitude to have Ramble, it is annoying when those you let in don't give a thanks but if thats the worst thing that happens all day then we can live with that. But just not enough courtasy on the roads these days
