Perhaps a buy it now price of 300 is appropriate being that's what you could get for a scrapper to pick it up.....would keep the dash however.

OMFG

If we can get 860 for an upper tail gate, I will gladly buy all the screwed ones for next to nothing and repair them for about 2 dollars worth of metal and some of my time.

Am i not up with the times on these inflated prices?

u do all realise that there have been vehicles in worse condition brought back to life.... look at what the rodders do and others.... everything has potential.... depends on how much your willing to pay for potential though....

That's true Maz, But the condition of this one is at the stage of cutting up for repair panels on another project. For this reason I feel the price is not really reflective. I feel just as bad as most of you that another van has gone to god, but that's how the cookie crumbles unfortunately.

it's up to $1725 with 3 days to go...... i wonder who'd bid on this.... you'd want it just for some bits wouldn't you? you know, the bits that won't crumble when u pick it up to put on the trailer???

maybe the original owner buying it back for sentimental reasons?

I would have to say the most likely reason for paying that much is a tag swap or rebirth.

Not a bad investment if you can live with the guilt of ripping someone off.
