There are a couple of people do them.
One of them is this bloke:

He does them for just under $200 delivered. He done my tailgate sticker for my HZ, and the quality seems to be pretty good.I just can't tell you how long it'll last before fading or cracking or even if it ever will.

Other then that send a question to whoever does the HX/HZ ones as i'm sure they'll do them as well.
