Small electrical problem

Can anyone give my old man a hand,he's suzuki sierra has electrical problems he, has a small problem, when you have the lights on and hit a bump the emergency flashers come on and the lights go off. Then on the way home last-night, turned on the lights the temp goes up,and the lights go off

them gremlins are a bugger aren't they??

from memory arent the lights constant power and to turn them on the switch is earthed. it just maybe a bad earth. my old datsun 200b did something like that. Agro should be able to tell you more
