Pretty sure the dual cab Stato ute was owner by Mick, had a workshop in Doveton and he made several of these.
The van back has been added on very recently (last few years anyway) looks well done, just needs paint.

ah wow! thats awesome! my old man was actuallt telling me about these just last nite! how he had seen one done up really nice! he was trying to explain it to me haha but i couldnt quite picture it, a stato wit a van back haha!! he was also telling about one he had seen, it was a manaro with a van back on it!!!

Monaro with van back, Hunchback, has been pic's of it recemtly added here somewhere..

Have also seen a HQ Coupe with a ute grafted to the back of it!

That is just round the corner from me i wiil try and get hold of the owner and get some details

There used to be a company in windsor NSW that was custom making the twincab utes out of statesman/ute shells on stretched tonner chassis and sending them all round the country.That was is very early nintys and my company transported some to bris. and melb. we also sent them through another car carring firm to adelaide.

Yours may be one of them???

the first ones ever done where by Colin Box of Colac, it was featured twice in CV&T around 86 to 88.
