confused....
HELP!
I am not sure if my van is a HJ or HX
She has a HJ grill but I cant get to the compliance plates as they are covered for all the spraying etc...
I was told that there is only minor difference between HJ and HX ... And someone said that its a HX because of the indicator arm
If is was ORIGINALLY like an absinth yellow what could she be???
Could she possibly be a Sandman?
cheers guys

Wont be a Sandman with those. Sorry. Hard to tell about HJ or HX without looking at it,or looking at the tags. Over the years they all end up with a bit of each other on them at some stage. You can put a hj grill onto a hx, Hz etc. You could even have a HJ chassis with a hx body ??? who knows???

Hey Lozzie,
Easy solution is to ask to see the rego papers.

Re: confused....
look on at the wiring harness under the brake booster as it goes into the fire wall. if the wiring goes into a square box at the firewall. is HJ. if it goes into a round plug that looks like a press fit into the fire wall its a HX.
