More details regarding Camping (& cost of camp sites) and Times of Departure from point to point as we pin them down.
Meeting points along the route will very much depend upon who we are hooking up with. Arrival times will be approximates only, but departure times from these point will be pretty acurate.....
Vehicle Transport (@ a price $$) can be arranged, have interest from a late model tilt tray truck capable of carrying 2 cars with a 3rd behind who is currently organising entry of his truck into the show at Moruya!
I know details are "sketchy", at present.
Will keep posting more information as it is comfirded.
PM myself or Daz (Highway Menace) for more.

dont forget about the 125 ks of road works after albury....... but must admit its an easzier trip other than that.
Re: Victorian Vanners - Huge Weekend Cruise 28 to 31st August 2009
i did not know there are road works but i will stillgo up the hume as it also cuts out 2 hours of going to dandy. teir are more fuil stops up the hume as the van love to drink gas when towing the wagon. & no petrol to change over to if no gas.

Re: Victorian Vanners - Huge Weekend Cruise 28 to 31st August 2009
Seems to be only the sounds of crickets coming from our chosen route Daz........
Wicked & I can travel the Hume route without any major alterations.
We can hook up with your convoy from Geelong & District at Campbellfield - Somerton - or maybe even Shell Kalkalo???? (tis just outside all the crap traffic & the coffee is reasonable).
Monk expressed some interest? I still have shotgun up for grabs!!!!!!
Anyone else prefer this route?
Would love to get as many Van's as possible to travel together.
HELLO ALBURY - WODONGA VANNERS!!!!!!! hint hint!
I also have a couple of spare UHF radios (car mount) and several different types of antennas if anyone wish to loan for the trip for car to car communication (lead and rear car comms also).

John,
I would suggest the BP a bit further out as the Shell has pretty much been closed to all but trucks for about 12 months. The coffee from the coffee stand outside the dunnies is pretty good there.
Would love to come but unfortunately have other prior engagements.
