just had another look at page 8, yes i remember now, it does look good, i do like the colour. but the windows in the bottom of the upper gate do look a little weird. do they make a huge difference when reversing?

Yep you can see a bit easier, but i mainly left them there because they are something different and away from the normal.

so you didn't have them put in? were they ex factory or do people have them put in afterwards?

They were in it when i got it but they were fitted after they left holden.

i wonder if you can still get them. another option is to go for a larger windowed tailgate or even a one piece, but of course, it's all down the track, i'm happy with what i have now. since the rear end is up a little (pump up shocks), i don't get blinded by cars behind me cos the window sits higher. so i'll just think about that mod for now. i think the next thing will be to save up for another (bigger ) motor.
