In the middle of a heart transplant,(the van not me) havent touched the interior yet, starting to reduce the whish list of mods, just not enough time.If it gets me there and back i'll be happy!

Already fired it up, mmmmmmmm, sounded good with just the extractors, but I don't think the neighbours will be speaking to me for a whileShagginwagon82 wrote:Nothing better than turning the key for the first time after a heart transplant!!!

Lost its gruntie idle sound now , but sounds good when you give it some stick.

That's a bugger with the idle sound, BUT if it sounds better at revs that should keep you happy.

QLD we're not allowed to dump before the axle... essentially must remain along the original system route. had my pipe brought to the side behind the axle justified because the exhaust fume issue.
lookin good groover.

not sure if its legal in NSW either, done a few of my Beddies like this and never had any issues, will play my chances , have a new exhaust system hanging in the garage but dont want to use it yet.

i remember getting pulled over by the RTA and noise tested for Db level. i got 92Db and the rule was to put the mic 3 metres from the rear of the vehicle and rev and hold at 3000 rpm. my pipes were out the sides so they didnt get a true reading. i think alot has changed but nice headers straight thru mufflers,1 bend and out the sides made alot of noise.
